Quotes
Quotes are based on the specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days. Changes to quantity, size, stock, finishing or artwork may change the price.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the content and accuracy of the artwork you supply, including spelling, images and the right to use them. We check files for technical print issues but do not proofread copy. A proof is sent before printing; once you approve it, the job prints as approved. Colours on screen may differ from the printed result.
Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates in business days beginning after proof approval and payment, and exclude shipping time. Rush service is subject to availability.
Payment
Payment is due before production unless you have an approved account. Custom printed goods are made to order and cannot be returned.
Reprints
If a job has a production defect (not an error in the approved proof), tell us within 7 days of receipt and we will reprint it at no charge or issue a credit at our discretion. Industry-standard tolerances apply to trimming, colour and quantity (±5%).
Shipping
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier collects the order. We will help with carrier claims for damaged or lost shipments.
